WHO WE ARE
AJR Medsafe Academy is a UK based (nationwide service) committed to improving medication safety and supporting high-quality care within domiciliary care settings. We specialise in practical, pharmacy technician-led training that helps care providers deliver safe, effective, and compliant medication practices.
Our training programs focus on essential areas including safe medication management, accurate documentation, and staff competency assessments. Everything we deliver is designed to be clear, practical, and relevant to real-world care environments.
By aligning our training with CQC Regulation 12 (Safe Care and Treatment) and Regulation 18 (Staffing) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, we help organisations build confident teams, strengthen governance, and meet regulatory requirements with confidence.
WHO WE SUPPORT
We work with a wide range of care providers involved in the delivery and management of medicines within the community. This includes domiciliary care providers, supported living services, and adult day centre services, as well as care managers and senior leaders across both new and established CQC-registered services.
We offer full day training delivered face-to-face, specifically designed for care staff who support individuals with their medicines in their own homes, ensuring safe practice, confidence, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
